A few days after Pierre Palmade’s serious car accident, the Grévin Museum decided to temporarily remove the wax statue of the comedian, out of respect for the victims of the accident.
On February 10, Pierre Palmade had a serious car accident which left three injured, including a 38-year-old man, his 6-year-old son and his seven-month-pregnant sister-in-law. If the comedian’s vital prognosis was initially engaged, he is now out of danger. Unfortunately, the woman lost her baby and the other two victims are still hospitalized.
According to recent police investigations, Pierre Palmade was driving with two passengers on board while he was under the influence of narcotics. Indeed, the celebrity has tested positive for cocaine.
The Grévin Museum removes the statue of Pierre Palmade
As a result of this accident, the Grévin Museum decided to remove the wax statue of the comedian last Saturday, eight days after the tragedy. The latter was installed in a brasserie setting alongside performances by Simone Veil, Robert de Niro and Gérard Depardieu.
“We decided to remove it out of consideration for the family affected by the collision. This is a tragic case, and we are more than sorry. The character was removed from the course out of respect for the family who was hurt, for this lady who lost her baby and these people in the hospital , ”said the museum.
A decision which was motivated by the remarks of several visitors to the museum , unhappy to see the statue of Pierre Palmade in the course. For the moment, the statue has been removed temporarily and for an indefinite period.
