Adam, 12, graduated with honors this year. However, it has not yet been accepted anywhere on Parcoursup. Despite this, he does not lose hope.
The results of the baccalaureate fell. On the whole of France, there are 84.9% of admission to the bac all series combined before the remedial tests. A figure down from last year, where we counted 86.1% success. This year, the youngest graduate is Adam, a 12-year-old boy.
At his age, Adam managed to get the baccalaureate with honors. He obtained two good marks in his specialty tests: 15 in history and 14 in economics. On the other hand, the oldest candidate this year is a 76-year-old woman who retaken the baccalaureate to support her grandson and won with flying colors.
Despite his young age, Adam does not hold the record for the youngest bachelor. The latter is owned by a boy who was 11 years, 7 months and around 20 days old when he obtained his baccalaureate in 2019. However, Adam’s success remains impressive and the baccalaureate is the pride of his family.
If Adam has had his baccalaureate, the continuation of his studies is not guaranteed. For the moment, the young boy has not been accepted anywhere on Parcoursup. Although he applied to enter several schools, none accepted his application. However, Adam does not lose hope.
“Maybe I will have more luck in the second phase of admission with the wish ranking ,” he hopes.
Adam is going to apply for an information and communication license as a first wish. He just has to wait and hope to see his wish come true.
